Three Jamestown residents face charges after city police officers served a search warrant at 10:15 p.m. Sept. 3 at 211 E. Eighth St., lower apartment.
Zulery M. Jimenez-Fuentes, 28, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence; Jessica Hernandez, 43, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence; and Marcelino Hernandez, 45, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
According to a police report, the Jamestown Police Department SWAT team executed a search warrant at 211 E. 8th Street lower apartment in Jamestown. Once the SWAT team made entry, they allegedly found Jimenez-Fuentes, Jessica Hernandez and Marcelino Hernandez. Once the residence was secured, detectives searched the apartment and allegedly found individually packaged crack cocaine floating in the bathroom toilet and individually wrapped quantities of crack cocaine in the toilet trap. Detectives allege all three attempted to destroy evidence by flushing it.

Jimenez-Fuentes was charged in August 2025 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia after simultaneous search warrants were executed at 221 E. Eighth St., upper garage apartment and apartment 3, and at 47.5 Baker Street. Entry to all three locations were made by the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team and Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department SWAT Team members. Jimenez-Fuentes was allegedly found in Apt. 3 at 221 E. Eighth St. with a 4-year-old child, and was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Hernandez was charged in October 2024 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a raid by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force at 8 p.m. Tuesday at 221 E. Eighth St. The Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team assisted. The raid came after complaints of narcotics sales and the sales of untaxed cigarettes. Hernandez was found in Apt. 3 at 221 E. Eighth St., according to a police report, with fentanyl and packaging materials seized during the 2024 raid.
Hernandez, 44, of Jamestown was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to a law enforcement officer Oct. 17, 2025, by Conewango Township police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 16 in the city of Warren, Pa. Bail was set at $50,000 by Magisterial District Judge Raymond Zydonik and Hernandez was taken to the Warren County Jail until he could post bail. Bail was later increased to $75,000 after extradition proceedings began for Hernandez to be sent back to Jamestown.
In June 2025, Hernandez was charged with resisting arrest, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating an electric scooter on a sidewalk after officers allegedly saw Hernandez riding a scooter and allegedly committed traffic violations. Officers attempted to conduct a street check, in which Hernandez then disregarded verbal commands to stop and attempted to flee into a backyard. After a very brief pursuit, officers were able to catch Hernandez. While placing Hernandez into custody, he continued to disregard verbal commands and resist officers. Hernandez was quickly taken into custody without further incident, where he was also found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl. Hernandez was transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
In July 2024 Hernandez was charged with resisting arrest, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and other violations after fleeing officers who saw him riding a bicycle on a sidewalk. Officers had prior knowledge that Hernandez had outstanding warrants out of Jamestown Police Department. Officers initiated a vehicle and traffic stop on Hernandez with emergency lights and sirens. He proceeded to flee on his bicycle. Officers pursued Marcelino onto Pine Street and toward an alley in the area. Officers exited the marked patrol unit and pursued Marcelino on foot toward East Fourth Street. Hernandez was taken into custody shortly after and transported to the city jail. Marcelino also was allegedly found to be in possession of suboxone sublingual films, which are a controlled substance.
In May 2024, he was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and taken to the Jamestown City Jail on an arrest warrant after an officer patrolling in the area of Prendergast Avenue and East Eighth Street saw Hernandez riding a bicycle south on Prendergast Avenue on the sidewalk. The officer knew Hernandez had an active warrant out of Jamestown Police Department. Marcelino was located nearby on North Main Street. He was searched and was allegedly in possession of a quantity of cocaine. He was released with an appearance ticket.
In February 2024, Hernandez was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers saw fire coming out of a tent next to two homes on the north side of Jamestown at 4:12 a.m. Hernandez had allegedly started the fire, which violated Jamestown City Code for prohibited burning within the city, and was allegedly found with a quantity of methamphetamine, cocaine, suboxone, and packaging materials. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned and was later released.
