201-203 N. Main St., Jamestown was sold in June for $70,000. At one time this was a Marine Midland Bank.
A former south county bank that was planned to be a distillery has been sold.
The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from June 15-18. The county does not provide transaction information, but real estate documents are available for review at the clerk's office.
During this time period, TBT Holdings, LLC sold 201-203 N. Main St., Jamestown to Massimo Bordi for $70,000.
In 2019, the owner of Enchanted Mountain Spirits proposed renovating the former Marine Midland Bank for the distillery. The project was estimated to cost around $450,000. The Jamestown City Council backed a resolution for a consolidated funding application from the state but the project appeared to stall after that.
In a separate sale, 226 W. Main Rd., Fredonia was sold to Lash Out Beauty Bar & Spa, LLC for $125,000. On Facebook, it was announced that Lash Out Beauty Bar & Spa was under new ownership.

From June 15-18 there were five sales that were $300,000 or higher. They are as follows:
- 5236 Bly Hill Rd., North Harmony sold for $735,000.
- 4528 Canterbury Drive, Chautauqua town sold for $600,000.
- 2607 Sunnyside Road, Mina sold for $450,000.
- 123 and 127 Warwick Rd., Ellicott sold for $395,000.
- 21 Mercury Lane, Jamestown sold for $355,000.
