The Chautauqua County Humane Society's Pet Expo '26, presented by Supportive Divorce Solutions and Happy Hounds Hotel and Day Spa, returns to the Northwest Arena on Oct. 17.
The event has more than 40 vendors already registered and more being welcomed, the lineup will include opportunities for shopping, hands‑on demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with local businesses, organizations and artisans. Vendors interested in joining the event can register now at Chqhumane.org.
The expo features a strong mix of pet‑centered businesses offering treats, toys, enrichment tools, grooming services, and training insights. Families can explore offerings from partners including Happy Hounds Hotel and Day Spa, Kanine Corner Pet Grooming, Simply Pawfect Pet Spa, The K9 Complex, Lake Effect Disc Dogs, and Pawsitive Waste Solutions, giving visitors plenty of ways to pamper their pets and learn from local experts.
The expansion also brings a wider variety of artisans, makers, and community partners offering unique goods and experiences for all ages. Attendees can browse handcrafted items from Creative Creatures Crochet, Resin and Thingz, and Sleepy Moon Farm, or enjoy treats from Enchanted Mountain Chocolates, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Sugar Sugar CHQ. Community organizations including Prendergast Library, Audubon Community Nature Center, and The Reg Lenna Center for the Arts will also be on site with educational activities and family‑friendly engagement.
Events return as well, including Layla's Pet Costume Parade, a crowd favorite that brings joyful chaos and creativity to the arena. And next week's Jamestown Post‑Journal feature will take a closer look at the region's longest Pet Art and Agility Course for Dogs, a centerpiece of canine fun and imagination.
