The building where a custom signs business is located has a new owner, although no changes in operation have been announced.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Sept. 23-30.

During this time period, Nicki and Timothy Nearhoof sold 344 Central Ave., Silver Creek to KRD Enterprises, LLC of Silver Creek for $160,000.

That is the location of Hae Jude Custom Signs, a sign shop that does printed apparel, digital printing, logo design, vehicle lettering and more.

Nicki Nearhoof is still listed as a contact person for the business. A message sent to her was not returned.

In 2020, it was announced on Facebook that Nicki Nearhoof was purchasing the business after the previous owner was retiring after 25 years.

From Sept. 23-30, there were nine sales that were $250,000 or higher. The full list is as follows:
