CLYMER – Giving back was on the agenda at the Clymer Conservation Club recently during the club’s last membership meeting of 2025.
A pot luck dinner highlighted the evening with home-cooked food from all members attending. The evening was also dedicated to giving back to the community. Representatives from the Community Support Group, more specifically, the Summer Recreation Program and the French Creek Christian Home School, were also in attendance. It was unanimously approved to present these two organizations a charitable contribution of $250 each.
“The community has always supported us in our various fundraisers throughout this year, and years past,” said Jeff Carpenter, Clymer Conservation Club president. “We felt it important, and also timely, to give back to the community through these organizations as a show of our support and heartfelt gratitude.”
