A downtown Frewsburg building that was purchased less than a year ago has again changed ownership.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from June 2-5.

During this time period, DBT Homes, LLC of Frewsburg sold to Chautauqua Community Christian Coalition 23 W. Main St., Frewsburg, town of Carroll, for $75,000 and 25 W. Main St., Frewsburg for $100,000.

In August, DBT Homes, LLC purchased 25 W. Main St. from Scott and Sueanne Campbell. Since buying the property, the Frewsbarber has opened at this location.

DBT Homes, LLC had owned 23 W. Main St., which is an apartment complex, since 2017. The two buildings are located next to one another.

In an unrelated sale, Wells Enterprises, Inc. purchased 803 Main St. for $250,000. From April 7 to June 2, Wells has purchased four residences on Main Street. Other addresses include 817 Main St., 807 Main St. and 801 Main St.

The ice cream plant is currently upgrading its ice cream plant, spending hundreds of millions of dollars in multiple phases.

Including the sale previously mentioned, from June 2-5 there were six sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 240 Summit St., Lakewood sold for $975,000.

– 5115 Spring St., North Harmony sold for $443,500.

– 4997 Main St., Ellery sold for $407,500.

– 6295 Shortman Road, Ripley sold for $360,000.

– 386 Rouse Hill Road, French Creek sold for $262,650.

Overall, from June 2-5 there were 64 transactions. The full list of sales higher than $1 is as follows:

The administrator of the Last Will and Testament of Arlene Shurman sold 240 Chestnut St., Fredonia to Ruth Cardac for $160,000.

Howard Bush III and Renee Anderson sold 75 Livingstone Ave., Jamestown to Woodworth Square, LLC of Jamestown for $7,500. Linda Spencer sold a different parcel with the same address also to Woodworth Square for $7,500.
