The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from June 6-11.

During this time period, Burns of Bemus Enterprises, LLC of Jamestown sold 3045 Fluvanna Ave. Ext., Ellicott, to 3045 Fluvanna Avenue, LLC of Spencerport, N.Y., for $240,000. In this plaza is an auto dealership and fire adjustment company. An attorney’s office there in the plaza appears to have been closed.

In an unrelated sale, Jamestown Rental Properties, LLC of Jamestown sold 718 West Third St., Jamestown to La Cucina Della Nonna, LLC of Jamestown for $200,000. This is the location of La Cucina Della Nonna, an Italian Restaurant. No changes in operation have been announced.

Also during this time, Albert Foley sold 93-95 E. Fourth St., Dunkirk to Sunshine Stewardship, LLC of Warren, Pa. for $85,000. This was the law office of Foley, Foley & Passafaro, which has relocated elsewhere in the community.

The biggest sale during this time period was 4422 Lakeside Drive, Ellery, which sold for $1,214,000. The property is described as a 4,493 square foot home with six bedrooms on a 4.3 acre lot.

Including the sale previously mentioned, from June 6-10 there were four sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 757 Hopper Road, Forestville sold for $454,000.

– Unit No. 1-2 and Garage Unit No. G-2, Packard Estates Condominium I, Lakewood, sold for $305,000.

– Condominium Unit No. C-12, Chautauqua Lake Estates, Chautauqua town sold for $255,000.

Overall, from June 6-10 there were 49 transactions. The full list of sales higher than $1 is as follows:

Charles Malta sold four parcels on Springdale Ave., Jamestown to William Ellis for $4,000.

The George H. Littlefield and Beverley T. Littlefield Irrevocable Asset Protection Trust sold 755 Harrington Road, Frewsburg, town of Carroll, to Matthew Butcher and Alicea Nickerson for $210,000.
