They’re Back: Abbamania To Return To Scandinavian Folk Festival

Abbamania will return to the 2025 Scandinavian Folk Festival in July with a performance at the Northwest Arena.
The Scandinavian Folk Festival is bringing back ABBAMANIA, an ABBA tribute band, on July 19 with a 7:30 p.m. show in the Northwest Arena.
ABBAMANIA has performed to sold out concerts including with the London, San Diego, Boston, Denver and many more symphonies. When the musical “Mamma Mia” was performing in Toronto, ABBAMANIA provided live music Performing more than 200 shows a year since 1999, this production consists of studio musicians that recreate ABBA live in concert. Authentic costumes and every song recreated note for note and sound for sound to make the show an authentic ABBA production.
This year’s production has a new sound and lighting system to enhance the quality of the show. Tickets are $25 for ABBAMANIA or a combination ticket for the festival all day on Saturday, July 19, and the concert for $30. Tickets can be purchased for no extra fees online at scandinavianjamestown.org or at Ecklof Bakery and Peterson Farm. Those with only the ABBAMANIA ticket can enter the festival at 6 p.m. to feast on Swedish foods and drinks before the show.
The Scandinavian Folk Festival is now in its 22nd year and is sponsored by the American Scandinavian Heritage Foundation.
