The building of a newly constructed oil change business in the southern end of the county has a new owner.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from April 25-30.

During this time period, Quattro Jamestown, LLC sold 995 Fairmount Ave., Ellicott to NS Retail Holdings, LLC for $2,218,750. This is a Take 5 Oil Change location that is currently in operation. It was first proposed in 2023.

The site, located in West Ellicott just prior to entering the village of Lakewood, was previously home to Pizza Hut and, most recently, Honest John’s Pizzeria.

NS Retail Holdings, LLC also owns the building where a Dollar General was recently constructed in Gerry.

Including the sale previously mentioned, from April 25-30 there were four sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 4533 Miller Road, Ellery sold for $477,500.

– 12037 Aldrich Road, Sheridan sold for $400,000.

– 11357 Hanover Road, Hanover sold for $385,000.
