The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from March 24-31.

During this time period, RRG Fredonia Apartments, LLC of Jenkintown, Pa sold 90-92 Brigham Road, Fredonia to West End New York Enterprises, LLC of Lockport for $2 million.

This apartment complex had been called Campus Edge at Brigham apartments. A new sign there labels the apartment complex West End Estates.

In 2024, RRG Fredonia Apartments sold an apartment complex on Temple Street to a different buyer for a little more than $1 million.

In a separate sale, Jay Soon sold 5040 W. Lakeshore Drive, Dunkirk town to Chautauqua Estates, LLC of Fredonia for $750,000.

Soon bought that property in 2023 for around $650,000 and called it Southshore Vacation Homes. The property’s website says it has year-round waterfront cottages, apartments, and efficiencies.

Including the sales previously mentioned there were nine sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 86 Nottingham Circle, Ellicott sold for $595,000.

– Unit 8518 Ridgeway Condominium, French Creek sold for $500,000.

– 1039 Hunt Road, Busti sold for $325,424.

– 11 Nash Ave., Frewsburg sold for $265,000.

– 17 White St., Fredonia sold for $262,000.

– 235 Central Ave., Fredonia sold for $250,000.
