A group of residential properties in the southern end of the county have been sold together for more than $1 million.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from March 17-21.

During this time period, 21 addresses in Jamestown and one address in Lakewood were sold in a single transaction by Christopher Laury, Roland Properties, LLC and Michael Baronich to MTJ Properties, LLC for $1.4 million.

None of the addresses were for commercial properties. Three addresses were on Lakeview Avenue, two were on Prendergast Avenue, two were on Hallock Street, and there was one address on each of the following: Elmcrest Avenue, Prospect Street, Price Street, Park Street, East Virginia Boulevard, Broadhead Avenue, Fullerton Avenue, Buffalo Street, Walnut Street, Newland Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, Thayer Street, Front Street, and Elmcrest Avenue in Lakewood.

In a separate sale, Moheeb Fadel sold 253 Lake Shore Drive East, Dunkirk to Dhyey Properties, LLC of Dunkirk for $110,000. This used to be The Mad Hatter & More store. At one time it was a Yellow Goose retail store. No business is currently operating out of there.

Including the sale previously mentioned, there were six transactions that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 3555 Lake St., and another parcel on Lake Street, Ellicott sold for $595,000.

– 5051 Route 380, Stockton sold for $557,000.

– 9935 Miller Road, Arkwright sold for $500,000.

– 65-67 Temple St., Fredonia sold for $360,000.

– 9 Bentley Ave., Lakewood sold for $290,000.

Overall, from March 17-21 there were 84 transactions. The full list of sales higher than $1 is as follows:

Pines Motel on Lake Erie, Inc. sold 10684 West Lake Road, Ripley, vacant parcel, to Elizabeth Hankins and Patricia Hendy for $81,000.
