On Wednesday, narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police Department, and Jamestown Police Department executed the search warrant at 340 Baker St. moments after Jamestown Police stopped Dwight Leeper, 48, of Jamestown, a short distance from his residence.
Police seized 26.35 grams of cocaine and scales and packaging material police say was for the sale and distribution of narcotics. Leeper was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Leeper was arraigned on the charges in the City of Jamestown Court.
