The price of a new medical service group building near Fredonia has been revealed.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from May 20-24.

During that time period, Hessen Realty, LLC of Fredonia sold 3780 Eagle Road, Pomfret to Triple R, LLC of Jamestown for $650,000.

In June, Family Health Medical Services announced it was opening a new location at this address. The new facility is expected to open in August. This is their fourth primary care location in Chautauqua County. The organization also has locations at 31 Sherman St. and 103 Allen St., Jamestown and 216 E. Main Street, Westfield, serving over 100,000 patients across the county.

Before Hessen Realty owned it, it was owned by MICBRI Funeral Home, Inc.

The top sale during this time period was a private residence and nearly 200 acres of land in Mina. 3196 Route 426 was sold to French Creek Land Management, LLC of Corry, Pa. for $1.5 million. This is described as a three bedroom, 3,015 square foot residence on 194 acres.

Including the sales previously mentioned, from May 20-24, there were 10 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– Unit 2, 53 Palestine Avenue Condominium, Chautauqua Institution sold for $600,000.

– Two parcels on Oak Hill Road, Carroll sold for $517,000. The two parcels of land total around 87 acres.

– 30 Dennison Road, Carroll sold for $475,000.

– 4 Crawford Lane, Lakewood sold for $385,000.

– 5529 Ellicott Road, Portland sold for $336,000.

– 2471 Keller Road, Busti sold for $314,000.

– 4887 Kortwright Road, Busti sold for $285,0000.

– 3175 Fluvanna Townline Road, Ellery sold for $250,000.
