Boys, Girls Club To Hold Pancake Breakfast Saturday

Shown displaying some of the many baskets for Saturday’s giveaway as well as the signed Ed Oliver (Buffalo Bills) cleat, are adult swimmers Yvette Teeter, Veronica Mistretta and Becky Fitzpatrick.

The adult members of the Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club of Jamestown are sponsoring their annual pancake breakfast Saturday at the club’s 62 Allen St. facility, serving from 8 to 11:30 a.m.

Breakfast consists of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, and coffee or tea. A bake sale will take place during the breakfast.

Tickets for breakfast are available in advance or at the door for $10 and free for children ages 5 and under.

There will be a basket raffle with more than 150 different baskets/gift certificates. Basket raffle tickets are 20 for $5. Each $5 set of tickets includes a chance to win the door prize-a day long pontoon boat rental (holds up to 12 people) donated by Lawson Boat & Motor.

A sneak peek will be offered Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. during family night and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Breakfast tickets as well as basket giveaway tickets may be purchased on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. All drawings will be held on Saturday beginning at 11:30 a.m. and winners do not need to be present to win.

All proceeds from this annual event will benefit Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club youth programs. The Boys & Girls Club is a United Way of Southern Chautauqua County community partner.
