A building complex with multiple financial businesses will soon be adding a training center for an area credit union.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate transactions in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the sales from Aug. 1-10.

During that time period, LTDS Properties, LLC of Lakewood sold 110 Mall Blvd., Lakewood to Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union for $1.4 million.

This building is labeled as “Wealth Management Center” and has multiple financial businesses in it. On the south side of the complex is an empty office with a paper sign in the window that states, “Future home of the Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union Community Training Center.”

The building is across the street from the Chautauqua Mall. Other businesses in the building include The Legend Group, Complete Medicare Services, Deppas Insurance Agency, and The Tax Team.

In a separate sale, a ranch and therapeutic center for first responders and veterans in the north county has been purchased.

According to the records in the County Clerk’s office, 9055 Fredonia-Stockton Road, Pomfret was purchased by Robert Moore and Ryan Deas for $1,040,000.

Lt. Col. Robert Moore and First Lieutenant Ryan Deas own and operate Range Ranch, LLC of Fredonia. The business was featured in an OBSERVER article earlier this year. Its mission is to serve veterans of the military in a variety of ways, including creating a therapeutic environment to connect veterans with animals to assist with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma-related issues.

The owners also said in an interview with County Executive PJ Wendel, Range Ranch also wants to provide quality beef to the local community, as well as ship it nationally. They also plan on providing fresh eggs and dairy products.

Including the two previously mentioned, from Aug. 1-10, there were 14 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:
