A commercial property that houses an investment advisory firm and dance company in the south county has changed hands.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate transactions in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the sales from Aug. 11-21. During that time period, Hansen Capital Markets, Inc. sold 415 West Fourth St., Jamestown to Bohall Opportunity, LLC of Jamestown for $300,000. This commercial office property has Bayview Financial Group as well as Tiffany Wakeley Academy of Dance.

In a different transaction, a group of parcels with multiple addresses in Ellery sold for seven figures.

59 Franklin Street, LLC of Mayville purchased 10 parcels for $1,099,000. The addresses include 4931 Shore Acres, 3979 Route 430, and 425 Maple Springs-Ellery Road. The Rt. 430 address is the location of Shore Acres Boat Yard.

Also during this time period, Lighthouse Christian Fellowship sold 20 Washington St., Westfield to R Chadwick Land Holdings, LLC of Westfield for $86,000. The church used to be in this location before it moved to 113 N. Portage St. in the village.

Including the transactions previously mentioned, there were 12 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales were as follows:

– 5019 Sherman-Mayville Road, Chautauqua town sold for $315,000.
