A closed motorsports dealership location has been sold.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate transactions in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the sales from June 12-20.

During that time period, Kub Holdings LLC of Blasdell sold 2950 North Main St., Ext., Ellicott to Sinclair Commercial Properties, LLC, of Gerry for $249,000. This is the former location of Reid’s Powersports, which sold Yahama products, including all-terrain vehicles.

Also during that time period, Andre Persaud sold 310-312 Central Ave., Dunkirk to Eastcoast Investments Unlimited, LLC of Rock Hill, South Carolina for $200,000. The location is described on real estate sites as a “professional medical building.”

There does not appear to be any business operating there now. Previously, Associated Clinical Laboratories was there, but that office relocated to East Third Street in July.

During this time period there were seven sales that were $250,000 or higher. They were as follows:
