Late March brought million dollar sales in both Dunkirk and Fredonia.
The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been looking at real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the sales from March 22-31.
During this time period, Shults Real Estate, LLC of Lakewood sold 3979 Vineyard Drive, Dunkirk town to Dougherty SRC Real Estate, LLC of Fredonia for $1.5 million. That is the address of Shults Resale Center in Dunkirk.
No operational changes have been announced regarding the resale center. Mike Dougherty is listed as the owner/operator of Dougherty SRC Real Estate, LLC and is also the general manager of Shults Resale Center.
In a separate matter, a California company sold five Fredonia addresses combined for $1.3 million.

Jonus Investments, LLC of Laguna Beach, Calif. sold 9 Forbes Place and 185 Central Ave., Fredonia, to Carlos Lizarraga for $1 million. Both 9 Forbes Place and 185 Central Ave. have a sign in front of them, labeling them “student housing.”
The company also sold three neighboring businesses in the downtown area.
Jonus Investments, LLC sold 38 West Main St. to Mindful Ventures, LLC of Encinitas, Calif. for $100,000. That is the location of Recollected Vintage and Secondhand store.
Jonus Investments LLC sold 40 West Main St. to Heroic Ventures, LLC of Encinitas, Calif. for $100,000. That is the location of Great Lakes Gold and Silver.
Jonus Investments LLC sold 42 West Main St. to Western Ventures, LLC of Ecinitas, Calif. That is the location of State Farm Insurance.
