Simultaneous City Drug Raids Net 12 Arrests

A joint narcotics investigation resulted in the arrests of 12 people this week in Jamestown.
Simultaneous raids were conducted by search warrants around 1:40 p.m. Wednesday at a 47 Charles St. apartment and a 15 Cowden Place apartment. The raids included the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, city SWAT Team, Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators and the Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, among other agencies.
Inside the Charles Street apartment, police located fentanyl, methamphetamine, money and a loaded pistol found to be stolen out of Texas.
On Cowden Place, police located “illicit drugs and evidence of drug trafficking,” the Jamestown Police Department announced Thursday in a news release.
Taken into custody were:
¯ Anthony Cunningham, 43, of Jamestown, on charges of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
¯ Sandra Pavlock, 42, of Jamestown, on two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Robin Hadley, 20, of Jamestown, on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Jamie Perrin, 34, of Jamestown, on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Darryl Sanders, 47, of Jamestown, on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Delvin Speed, 48, of Jamestown, on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Todd Dellahoy, 24, of Jamestown, on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Dontrel Buchanan, 19, of Jamestown, on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Camille Lopez, 32, of Jamestown, on charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
¯ Patricia Curry, 44, of Jamestown, on two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Mary Philbrick, 28, of Panama, on an outstanding warrant out of the city.
¯ Lawrence Gary Jr., 30, of Jamestown, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice for an outstanding warrant in Pennsylvania.
Other agencies involved in the investigation include the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, Lakewood-Busti Police Department, Dunkirk Police Department and Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit.
