A community Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Ashville United Methodist Church was held at the Ashville fireman grounds. John Mayr, an Ashville volunteer fireman, delivered the Easter Bunny (Janice Hinterberger) on a fire truck. The Rev. John Bowen, pastor of Ashville United Methodist Church, shared a blessing over the event and the children were off filling their baskets. Laurie Russell, Outreach Chairperson and coordinator of the event, announced the gold coin winners: Hailey Daniels of Ashville; Adalynn Ryan of Panama; Taygen Weller of Stow; and Jaden Thayer of Ashville.
