In recognition of his courageous action to save a Williams Street woman and her daughter from a house fire, Senator George Borrello presented Jamestown Police Officer Mark Conklin with a New York State Senate Commendation Award and Proclamation during Wednesday’s Chautauqua County Legislature meeting. Officer Conklin was also honored by the Chautauqua County Legislature and by Rep. Tom Reed’s office.
