Chautauqua Rails to Trails has launched a new effort to raise money.

Offered for sale are a variety of garments that are suitable for winter indoor and outdoor use.

There is a selection of sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts and hats. Each item has a Chautauqua Rails to Trails logo and is offered in multiple colors and sizes. For more information, visit chaurtt.org.

The work done by Chautauqua Rails to Trails, a volunteer-based organization, would not be possible without the support of its members and the community at large.

Especially during the pandemic, the Chautauqua Rails to Trails system has provided a place for safe, healthy outdoor nature and exercise experiences for residents and visitors. A portion of each sale benefits the organization’s work to maintain, improve and expand its trail system in Chautauqua County.

The trails serve runners, hikers, cyclists, cross country skiers, snow shoers, horseback riders and birdwatchers.

In addition Chautauqua Rails to Trails continues to offer its recent publication, “Chautauqua Rails to Trails Holiday Happy Hour Cookbook” for a donation of $15.
