Inspired Creations At Falconer Library

The Falconer Public Library, following an idea from Ashley Nelson, library story hour director, and Sandy Thies, library clerk, as well as funding from a mini grant provided by the Chautauqua Cattauraugus Library System, was able to provide 20 craft pumpkins for the library’s Family Pumpkin Project. Each family who participated took a pumpkin and made it into a character from a favorite book they have read. The pumpkins were on display at the library during the month of October and the families who participated were entered into a drawing for a book and a gift certificate to Tasta Pizza.
