Four new cases of the coronavirus have been announced by the Chautauqua County Health Department on Thursday, bringing the total to 81.

Currently, there are 19 active cases. The newest include a male in his 20s, a male in his 40s, and a male and female in their 70s. There is one hospitalization in Chautauqua County for COVID-19 and 58 recovered cases.

According to the county’s COVID-19 map, there are 48 cases in the north, 15 in the south, 12 in the west and six in the east.

There are 241 cases under quarantine/isolation orders by the Public Health Director and being monitored and there have been 2,704 negative test results to date.
