A number of area fire departments responded Wednesday to a fire inside the Prestige Motors location on Routes 5 and 20 in Irving. The call came in before 11 a.m. with Silver Creek, Forestville, Irving, Sunset Bay and Hanover departments responding. Chautauqua County Emergency Medical Services also assisted. Most of the damage was contained inside the structure of the garage. Portions of Routes 5 and 20 were closed while crews were on location, until around 12:45 p.m.
