Woman Charged With Burglary, Assault In Domestic Incident
A Warren, Pa., woman is facing a host of charges following a domestic dispute Wednesday in the city.
Officers with the Jamestown Police Department responded shortly after noon to the 100 block of Park Street for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers learned 18-year-old Jewel Conyer allegedly entered a residence unlawfully and fought with several people inside.
During the altercation Conyer damaged property belonging the occupants of the residents. At one point Conyer threw a paint can at a person holding a 2-year-old child, police said.
Conyer reportedly left the scene prior to police arrival but was located a short time later by officers. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail and was awaiting arraignment.
Conyer was charged with second-degree burglary and criminal mischief, both felonies, as well as third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of criminal mischief.
