With the continuous winter weather, the city of Jamestown’s Public Works department has had a lot of work to do to keep up with the snow. Sinclairville woman dies in Sunday crash

A Sinclairville woman died in Sunday’s horrific two-car crash on Route 60 in the town of Gerry, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies reported late Wednesday. At approximately 6:18 p.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and multiple other agencies responded to the accident with serious injuries. DUNKIRK — Dunkirk Mayor Kate Wdowiasz criticized state lawmakers Tuesday for advocating a city financial control board. The mayor spoke at a Common Council meeting.
