Tobacco business, mobile home park found guilty of violations

A judge has found a north county business guilty of violating a state law for selling tobacco products as well as a south county mobile home park for not submitting required water reports. A representative with NF Sparks, Inc., which is located at 105-107 Lakeshore Drive East, Dunkirk appeared before the Hon. Betsy S. Dunkirk homicide victim name released

The name of the individual who was shot and killed last month in Dunkirk has been released. According to Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt, the victim was 25-year-old Delani Williams. He lived at 110 S. Gazelle Street in Dunkirk. His obituary, which was published on line by the Lombardo Funeral Home, said he was a Buffalo resident.
