City Woman Sentenced For Role In Drug Conspiracy
A Jamestown woman has been sentenced after being convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 40 grams or more of fentanyl. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Thursday that Holly Berenguer, 43, was sentenced to time serve and four years’ supervised release by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
