Eight people face charges after drug raids on East Eighth and Baker streets on Thursday. On Thursday at 1:36 p.m., simultaneous search warrants were executed at 221 E. 8th St., upper garage apartment and apartment 3, and at 47.5 Baker Street. Forestville Man Charged In Multiple Sex Crimes

A 77-year-old Forestville man has been charged with multiple sex crimes that took place this month. On Saturday, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of State Police at Fredonia charged Terry D. Strong Sr. with third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution and two counts of forcible touching. An investigation determined on Aug. 1, Strong provided a ride in a vehicle to a woman who was walking home from Dollar General in Brocton. City Man Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charges

A Jamestown sex offender has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that Timothy Douglas, 65, entered the plea before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to possession of child pornography by person having prior conviction related to aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse, and abusive sexual conduct involving a minor, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of 20 years, and a fine of $250,000.
