U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo has announced that Ruben Medina, 20, of Jamestown, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremiah J. McCarthy to possession with intent to distribute five grams or more methamphetamine, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, and a fine of $5,000,000. GERRY – One person received a minor injury following an accident involving a private plow truck and an ambulance. According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, around 4:30 a.m. Saturday, a Falconer ambulance driven by Greg P. Man Charged With Hate Crimes In Home Invasion

A man has been taken into custody, accused of invading a person’s home based on the victim’s race. According to Jamestown Police, on Friday at about 2:15 p.m., officers from the first platoon responded to an address on the north side of the city for a home invasion. It was reported that a male had entered the home and was attempting to attack the occupants inside the home.
