A Jamestown man convicted in three separate incidents will spend 13 years in prison. District Attorney Jason L. Schmidt announced Monday that Dylan Abbey, 33, was sentenced in Chautauqua County Court on convictions for three separate incidents that occurred in the City of Jamestown. Abbey had previously pleaded guilty in November 2025 to two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
