Ross has announced that Timothy Snyder, 44, of Jamestown, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and 100 grams or more of heroin, was sentenced to serve 12 years and 10 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J.
