A Jamestown woman is being sent behind bars for her role in having teenagers have sex with others for money. U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced that 27-year-old Jasmin Osteen, who was convicted of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a minor, was sentenced to serve 12 years in prison by U.S. District Judge John L. A Dunkirk man has pleaded guilty to stealing wages of illegal immigrants, and kidnapping a teenager that he had raped after she escaped his custody. U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced Monday that Augusto Mateo Francisco, 33, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr. to two counts of forced labor, and one count of transportation of a minor. CHARLOTTE – A Sinclairville woman has been arrested following a several month-long narcotics investigation into narcotics activity. According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, a search warrant was executed at 6175 Rt 60, Sinclairville by narcotics investigators from the Sheriff's Office, Jamestown Police Department and Dunkirk Police Department.
