Four charged with endangering welfare of children
Four Jamestown residents have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Officers working on a STRIVE domestic violence detail at 10 p.m. Tuesday checked the well being of those living in an east side home and found four children living in deplorable and unsanitary conditions.
Facing charges are Natalie B. Frost, 21, Sincere R. Fisher, 22, Justin M. Heiser, 23, and Brianna M. Heiser, 26. Frost is charged with three counts of second-degree criminal contempt and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and Fisher is charged with second-degree criminal contempt and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Brianna Heiser and Justin Heiser are each charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
All four were taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned.
