BUSTI – Fire damaged a home at 2313 Route 394, Busti, near Smith Boys Marina, early Friday morning.

Lakewood volunteer firefighters and several mutual aid departments responded to the scene at 1:33 a.m. Friday. After extinguishing the fire, the Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team determined the fire began in the rear portion of the home and was caused by an electrical issue.

The fire was ruled accidental.
