HANOVER – A Salamanca resident is accused of having sexual relations with a minor earlier this year.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday that 22-year-old Keion T. Tyger was charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged that in January he engaged in sexual intercourse with a juvenile while in the town of Hanover.

Tyger was arraigned in Chautauqua County Supreme Court.
