City Residents Charged After Drug Bust

Two Jamestown residents face charges after a drug raid at 278 S. Main St., Jamestown, early Thursday morning.

According to a police report, Thomas A. Kimbrough Sr., 55, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child while Samantha M. Perez, 35, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.

In the early morning hours of Thursday, June 19, narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department and City of Dunkirk Police Department executed a search warrant at 278 S. Main St., Jamestown with Jamestown Police SWAT the first to enter the home. Police found Kimbrough Sr., Perez and four youths in the home as well as 34 grams of cocaine, 1.9 grams of fentanyl, scales and packaging used for the sale and distribution of narcotics and $1,920..
