City Police Seek Assistance In Probe Of Shooting This Month

Jamestown police believe this person was a witness to a shooting earlier this month.

The Jamestown Police Department is continuing to investigate a shooting incident that occurred on May 8 in the area of North Hopkins Avenue and East Second Street.

Officers are attempting to identify and locate the individual in the photo due to their proximity to the location surrounding the event. This person is being considered as a witness and may have information regarding the incident.

If residents know this person or if you are this person, please contact JPD. Furthermore, if there are any other possible witnesses who have not come forward we are asking that you do so.

The victim has been released from the hospital and are expected to recover from the injuries.
