The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Tornado Warning for Southwestern Cattaraugus County in western New York and Southeastern Chautauqua County in western New York until 3:15 p.m.

Locations impacted include Jamestown, Lakewood, Falconer, Jamestown West, Frewsburg, Busti, Gerry, Conewango, Ellington, and Leon.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 11 and 16.

Residents in these locations are asked to move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
