Area fire companies responded to the Cummins Jamestown Engine plant in the town of Busti for a reported fire in the rear of the building near the railroad tracks, according to scanner reports.

As of 7:50 a.m., the fire was reported out at 4720 Baker St., but crews were remained on the scene for further investigation. The call came in around 7:40 a.m.

Lakewood Fire Department and Busti Fire Department responded to the call and were back in service after 8 a.m.
