A Jamestown woman is facing drug charges following a search of her residence last month.

On Tuesday, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Narcotics Investigators and Jamestown Police Department located Rebecca A. States,45, who had a felony narcotics arrest warrant.

The arrest warrant stems from a search warrant at 11 Hammond St. that occurred on March 18. At that time approximately 3.3 grams of cocaine, 15.9 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and scales were seized during the search warrant.

States was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia for scales for the packaging and distribution of narcotics. States was arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court.
