Two Facing Drug Charges After City Traffic Stop

A pair of individuals are facing drug charges after a narcotics investigation in the area a Falconer and Grant streets in Jamestown.

Just before 10 p.m. Friday, officers of the Jamestown Police Departments K-9 Unit and Violence Interdiction Unit conducted a traffic stop for observed infractions. During the course of the investigation it was determined that the occupants of the vehicle, Kylah M. Seiberg, 28, of the city, and Janice M. Rogers, 40, were both in possession of quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, a quantity of currency and a throwing star.

Officers also determined that Seiberg has previously been convicted of a crime causing her to be charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Seiberg was additionally charged

with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Rogers was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Both were being held pending arraignment.
