City Residents Indicted On Narcotics Conspiracy Charges

A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging 50-year-old David Sekerak Ledesma and 31-year-old Susan M. Walker, both of Jamestown, with narcotics conspiracy, using and maintaining a drug-involved premises, and possession with intent to distribute heroin and fentanyl.

Ledesma was further charged with distribution of controlled substances causing serious bodily injury and distribution of heroin, fentanyl, and para-fluorofentanyl.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Ledesma and Walker allegedly conspired to sell heroin and fentanyl in the Jamestown area between May 2020 and May 2023. They are also accused of using and maintaining a residence on Lafayette Street in the city to manufacture, distribute and use heroin.

In addition, Ledesma is accused of selling controlled substances to an individual that caused serious bodily injury, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release Monday.

Ledesma and Walker were arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Roemer. Ledesma was detained and Walker was released on conditions.

If convicted, Ledesma faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, and Walker faces a maximum of 10 years in prison.
