Another Drug Arrest Made At Westfield Residence
WESTFIELD — A house synonymous with drug activity was targeted again on Thursday night.
Narcotics investigators from multiple agencies in Chautauqua County executed a search warrant at 7167 Felton Road around 9:45 p.m. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, City of Dunkirk Police Department and City of Jamestown Police Department participated in the warrant.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s office SWAT made entrance into the residence. Located inside the residence was Mark C. Baker, 34. As a result of the search, investigators seized 20.73 grams of methamphetamine, 10.28 grams of cocaine, 7 dosage units of Alprazolam, scales and packaging material for the distribution of narcotics, three high-capacity magazines and $187. Baker was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Baker was transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for the centralized arraignment program.
This residence, last fall, had two drug busts in September that led to charges against nine individuals, including Baker.
