After a two-year investigation, a Fredonia man has been arrested on allegations of possessing child pornography

According to the Sheriff’s Office, on May 2, 2021 an investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation into the possession of child pornography. On April 26, 2023, the case was turned over to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Through an investigation, it was alleged that Robert Norris Jr. 49 of Fredonia was in possession of child pornography.

Norris was charged Wednesday with possessing a a sexual performance by a child and will answer the charges out of the Town of Pomfret Court.
