ELLERY — A Buffalo man has been charged after a Friday night incident inside a vehicle.

At around 9:58 p.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a disorderly person on Slide Joslyn Road. Investigation found that Dorian R Kelly, 45, of Buffalo engaged in physical altercation with another individual.

Kelly was also found to have damaged property belonging to another individual. Kelly was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Kelly was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned.
