WARREN, Pa. — When those who are Haulin’ for Hailie leave Bent Run Brewing Company on Saturday, they will have a police escort for the first part of their trip.

Haulin’ for Hailie is a dice run to benefit Warren County native Hailie Klark, who will be receiving treatment and clinical trials treatment in Philadelphia after she was diagnosed with and underwent surgery for a grade IV diffuse midline gliomas brain tumor.

A law enforcement escort, led by City of Warren Police, will lead the dice run out of Warren in two flights – at 10 and 10:45 a.m.

Motorists looking to pass through downtown Warren at those times are asked to be patient.

Police expect the event to be large enough to cause congestion if participants are escorted out of town to the east, so the Haul will move out from Clark Street to Pennsylvania Avenue, across the Veterans Memorial Bridge at Hickory Street, to Route 6.

The first stop on the run is at Wolf Run Marina. After that, it’s on to Tack’s Inn in Lewis Run, Mad Dog 159 in Kane, Cougar Bob’s in Kelletville, and the Warren Eagles Club.

There is open registration from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday. For a $35 donation, participants receive a T-shirt and their dice hand. A $60 donation adds breakfast at Bent Run and lunch at Tack’s Inn.
