The Jamestown Police Department is looking for the man who punched a Kwik Fill clerk and stole a cash register late Friday.

The strong-arm robbery occurred at the 342 Forest Ave. location around 11:30 p.m.

A man reportedly entered the store and demanded cash.

“The subject then punched the clerk in the face and took the register from the store and fled the store running east towards Superior St.,” JPD said. “The employee was treated at the scene by Jamestown Fire Personnel.”
