BEMUS POINT -- A multi-vehicle crash this afternoon has closed a portion of Interstate 86 in the town of Ellery.
The crash, which occurred around 3:15 p.m., is along the westbound lane at the bridge that crosses Chautauqua Lake. Initial reports indicate that up to three vehicles, including a semi, was involved.
A portion of the westbound lane, from exit 10 to exit 8, was closed to traffic.
