WARREN, Pa. — Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police have located a man that troopers identified as missing Wednesday morning.

Troopers say Carl William Bair, 57, left a residence on Tan St. in Sheffield on Jan. 22 at around 11 a.m. and had not been seen since.

An update from police Wednesday morning indicated that Bair had been located.

“He did not take his cell phone with him when he left the residence on foot,” Troopers said. “Bair was not known to have access to a vehicle when he left the residence.”
