Sample’s Bid For Paralympic Medal To Be Streamed Live

Rayven Sample’s bid for a medal in the Paralympic Games in Tokyo will be streamed live on the scoreboard at Bill Race Field on the campus of Falconer Central School on Saturday morning.
The public is welcome, according to organizer Nick Spry.
Sample, a Cassadaga Valley Central School graduate and a former standout on the Falconer/Cassadaga Valley track & field team, is scheduled to race in the 400-meter final at 8 a.m. Seeded fourth, he earned a berth in the final by finishing third in his heat Thursday evening in a personal-best time of 50.01.
